Our Spring Fling crytsal waist bead set works well with the heart and sacral chakra. This set helps heal, revitalize and let go of any old wounds that may be draining your heart and connect you with a new thrill for life, love of the unknown and awareness of your own wants and needs. This set will help boost confidence through self reflection, rebirth and self love.

• If you wish to purchase the complete look in the product photo you will need to add on the crystal waist bead. This means you will recieve a 4th waist bead made of genuine swarovski crystal beads. You can also choose to add a crystal thigh bead, and anklet as well. 
• If you are purchasing a thigh bead please include the size of your thigh (inches) in the customer notes section at checkout
• If you do not wish to add anything please select NONE and you will recieve everything listed in the "Whats inlcuded" tab. 

• ​Grab a fabric tape measure 
• Wrap the tape measure flat around your natural waist line (about 1 inch above your navel) 
• Take down the number in which the tape measure overlaps and that's your waist size (inches)
